Study permit extension (urgent)

I'm applying for a study permit extension. For the part where it says "Have you taken a test from a designated testing agency to assess your proficiency in English or French?", should I answer yes if I have taken a test (IELTS) in the past even though it is not valid anymore?

Your answer should be yes. I did the same for my application.
