Study Permit Extension issue

We have an issue for study permit extension Open work permit for my husband and visiting extension for my daughter. We applied online since 31 August 2018 in one profile. Study permit and TRV expired same day September 30,2018. It’s been 110 days and There have been no updates so far. My husband went outside Canada for work in Saudi Arabia. He couldn’t come back to Canada. We have been sending a lot web form to IRCC, their answers are just wait.
Me and daughter are still in Canada. I want to go back to Egypt in Christmas holidays. But if i went out i wouldn’t be able to come to Canada again.

-Can my husband apply TRV from Saudi Arabia?.
- If He withdraw his application only that will affect on mine and daughter’s application.

Do you have anyway to expedite the processing ?.

Yes - your husband can apply for a TRV from SA.

No - there is no way to expedite the processing.

So Can i apply for TRV from Saudi Arabia despite of applied for opening work permit with my wife’s application?
