Study permit extension help needed Seniors please help me

HEllo members,

I am in canada on student visa and I have to renew my student visa . I did Graduation in Animation in 2006 then after I did MBA in 2008 and then I worked till date in MBA related field and NOT IN graduation related field, now I want to apply for university course related to graduation for upcoming intake, so my questions is :-

Will doing different course related to my Graduation from university create any issues in renewing study permit ?
