I am a first year Social Service Worker student, course is finishing on Aug 2024 and study permit expiring on Nov 2024.
Unfortunetely, I could not do any placement hours this year. And my student advisor informed me that I need to do extra 2 semester(1 placement course per sem.) to complete all placement courses and hours.
So my course will finish in April 2025.
Can I extend my study permit?

please share if someone has any kind of experience with this.
