Hi, I have a delay with study permit extension application (130 days).
I already graduated two months ago. Now, I am not able to apply for post graduation work permit without the approval of the application in the process.. the previous study permit already expired. Can you help me to know what should I do in this situation!
How did you figure out that you could not apply for PGWP?
Here is the tip,
You may apply for PGWP even if a decision is not finalized on your study permit extension. (given the fact that you meet general PGWP criteria i.e studies at a DLI, Full time, etc)
The only issue is that you may not start working until a decision is made on your PGWP application.

Hi Soheilhs, thank you so much for your reply. I really appreciate it!
Is it ok to apply for PGWP even if the previous one is expired more than 3 months!
If yes, I think I will go ahead and apply for the work permit without waiting the extension

No I had a study permit previously and I applied for an extension. Now I have a delay in the study permit extension more than(+130 days). The previous study permit was expired more than 3 months. This is why I am asking you now if it is ok to not wait the study permit extension application!
