Hi friends,
My study Permit was till 31 August,2012 and I was in India. I applied for extension of study Permit ( I had to come back due to my Father's death ) and I got approved. My new Visa is till 30 April,2013.
Now my question is that this time I got single Entry visa. Can I make it multiple entry Visa?
No - you cannot turn your single entry visa into a multiple entry visa. If you want to obtain a multiple entry visa then you will have to submit a new application.

You can enter only once to Canada based on your single entry visa. So if you need to re-enter Canada, you can apply for a multiple visa either from within Canada or from India.

1. Yes, you can apply for it in January, keep in mind that you can live in Canada with your expire visa, you only require it at the time of entry to Canada however, throughout your stay in Canada you must have a valid permit (study, work etc).
2. No one can give you surety but there should not be a problem if you meet the requirements.
Can my mother and sister get Visitor visa together??
My mother is widow and my sister is single.
My mother is partner of a business so I can attach Income Tax return of her
But my sister does not do any job or does not own a business. She has completed her Post graduation in year 2008. I cannot attach her Income Tax return. So what are the probabilities of getting Vistor visas for both of them?
The main thing is I want them to take them along with me when I go to canada.
Can this happen?
