Study permit document confusion

I am applying through VFS for study permit in Bangladesh.

1. I have filled the VFS questionnaire with my sponsor's (father's) information which includes his property info. So obviously I will be providing proof of those properties. So do I present the property ownership documents to the visa officer or do I send a property evaluation?

2. Do I have to write a study plan? (Though I have not seen any such requirement in the CIC website.)

3. As asked in the study permit form, FUNDS AVAILABLE FOR YOUR STAY: is this the total amount mentioned in my sponsor bank accounts?

Hi,

1) Property evaluation is not necessary.......
2) Study plan is optional,but you can write one to strengthen your case........
3) Ideally this much funds should be available in your sponsor account.......First year Tuition + 10000 C$ for living + 3000 C$ for traveling..........
