I've been having trouble uploading documents on to the Canadian Government website - and I have no idea why they've been refused as I've checked everything. I'm going to be studying in Montreal for 5 months, have paid for my accommodation, and have been accepted by the University, and have enough money for my stay, so everything is legit - If I don't manage to complete this, or have the study permit will I be refused entry into Canada - ie is it possible that with all the right documentation, but no study permit - they will turn me away. I'm a UK citizen - aged 21.

You need SX-1 for program less than 6 months. While we dont know what kind of documents you were uploading and through what link, but what refusal reasons you got?
