Hey There,

This is Adarsh here and I had a query regarding my study permit. I have received an admit from Concordia university for September 2018 intake. But the situation is such that I am still in my 8th semester and will be graduating only in August. So, I wanted to know whether it is mandatory for me to obtain my 8th semester Marks sheet and Provisional Degree Certficate (PDC) for study permit or can I apply right now. Is there any one who has got their study permit in this situation?
