Study Permit but not enrolled in school

My study permit ends in the end of November 2015, but my next program stats in January 2016, can I still apply a new study permit? And can I still stay in Canada from September to January? Thanks~

Yes you can apply for the extension. You will have 90 days for restoration after your permit expires.
