Study Permit but Not attending school

Hi,
I currently attend ESL classes at Centenial college, i will finish this level 7 in coming april and the next class is not available until september, 2018. My study permit is valid until 2021. I hope you guys can help me with my question,

can i stay in canada or i have to leave and come back in september to attend the next ESL class?

So this is the same course and is just a scheduled summer break ?
