Hello,
I just got my study permit but when I applied for it, I gave them (the Embassy) the Acceptance letter from University of Saskatchewan but now I feel like I prefer to go to University of Manitoba. Will the study permit be valid only for University of Saskatchewan?

I think you should land with the old letter and than upon landing inform univ saskethwan and than go to manitoba
