Hello All,

13/02/2020: Received my acceptance letter
19/02/2020: Got required money (CAD 41000) in my father's account

What is the best time to apply for study permit?
 
Sorry for failing to explain my question.
I mean I've to wait for four months as they say "bank statements for the past 4 months"?
