In the approval letter it states that "
If you are from a country/territory which requires a temporary resident visa (TRV), you have also been issued a visa. This visa has
been affixed in your passport"

However, I do not have the visa in my passport since I have not gave them my passport. I am an Indonesian Citizen (visa required to enter canada) applying from USA. It's been 4 days since I got the approval letter. Is there anything I should do or do I just wait for the passport request?
