Study permit approved but haven't received by mail yet - can I travel abroad and come back?

Hello, My wifes work permit and my study permit extension was approved on Oct 26, 2023 but I haven't received the physical copy yet although my wife DID received it.

I already sent the form to IRCC 3 times that stated on the "Confirmation letter" that if 6 weeks has passed with no answer.

Can I travel outside of Canada and comeback with no issue? Isn't the info supposed to show on the immigration systems?

You need a TRV to re-enter so if TRV is valid then no issue.
