Study permit approval chances for weak academic score

Hi,
i have applied visa for sept 2020 intake {lambton college 2-yr PGD Course in IT } {may 2020 intake deferred to sept 2020 due to covid-19}
Regarding my qualification: 56% Btech-ECE (2017) {4 backlogs + 1 year extension due to backlogs, so passout in 2018}
13 Months experience in Amazon Development Center {Ops-Tech IT role} {submitted exp. letter + Form 16}
applied in SDS {paid 1yr tution fee + GIC 10k CAD + 6.5 Ielts, no less than 6 in any module} also submitted ITR, property valuation {to show financial stability & family ties in home country}
what are my chances of Visa approval?
