Status : Visa Not received yet

I contacted the Vfs Helpline and they told me to mail the embassy directly as it has been more than 2 weeks.

Sent the mail two days ago and still no response yet. Just an auto generated acknowledge mail.

I have also sent it.. no response . I think those who are getting refusal are getting faster say like within 15 days (banglr vfs) so we have hope right ?
