STUDY PERMIT APPLICATION WITHOUT IELTS

Hi everyone,
I gained admission by submitting a proof of English language proficiency letter from the institution I attended, now I wantto submit application for study permit and I want to know if not submitting IELTS will negatively impact my application. I had written IELTS before with good points my Academic test is over 2 years and my General Tests is still valid. Can I use any of it or I can just include the Proficiency letter from School which was accepted by the University.

If you are applying through SDS, IELTS is a must. For general it isn't a requirement.
