Study Permit Application with up to 6 semesters Transcripts Possible for Fall 2025 student right now?

Hello, I have got Conditional admit from a University for 2 year Master program for fall 2025 intake. Now I have started my application for study permit, the query is I am still an Undergraduate student (Bachelor of engineering) and will graduate by May/June 2025, I have transcripts up to 6 semesters and my 7th sem just got over and onto the 8th semester right now. I will be getting my provisional degree/ Course Completion Certificate only by May/June. So can I apply with this 6 semester marksheets under the transcripts section and I have got Bonafide Certificate from the University stating I am in my final year of Undergraduate and will be graduating by May, 2025 as a proof. So will this be sufficient to apply for study permit right now? ( 6 semesters transcripts + Bonafide Certificate). The University however has given time up to Dec 31,2025 for me to upload final transcripts which i would have got at that time. Kindly anyone with experience reply as it is causing lots of stress over the past few days as a consultancy whom i approached for visa filing only, said that it is not possible to apply with 6 semesters transcripts and need course completion certificate to apply for study permit even though i mentioned i have a bonafide certificate signed & sealed by the university as a proof.

IRCC will not make a decision until completion letter is received. They will not let you start a Masters program without knowing you finished the degree.
