Study permit application, tuition cost?

I am filling out a Study Permit and I am not sure what to put for the tuition field.

I am starting at Humber College in September and have paid for 1 semester.
My program is 3 years long.

Should I enter the amount for 1 semester, 1 year, or for the length of my program (3 years)?
