Hello everyone
This is the second time I am applying for a study permit after being refused the first one while currently studying remotely from outside Canada at a Canadian university. 3 days ago I received the biometrics confirmation letter. However, I haven't received the final decision correspondence letter yet. Is this normal? For my first application I got the refusal exactly after 1 day, and most people online say that it should take 1-2 days to get the final decision correspondence letter after the biometrics confirmation correspondence letter.

Mostly people get decision in 24-48 working hours after getting BVL (Biometric Validation Letter) however we have seen on the forum for some applicant it took months at times to reach a final decision.
