Study Permit Application in Philippines

I have 2 incomplete bachelor's degrees one in BS architecture of 2yrs and 1 sem and a BSED English of 1yr and 1 sem taken in the Philippines, I am planning to apply for a study permit in Canada for Early Childhood Education 2-yr diploma. My uncle who lives in Canada is willing to sponsor my studies and other expenses including a place to stay. But I am worried of my current school credentials because both 2 previous programs I took are incomplete. I fear that after efforts and expenses I will have for processing the papers and application will result in refusal.

Is there anyone here who had a similar situation as me having 2 incomplete education and still manage to secure a study permit to Canada?
