hey guys i was wandering if i could get some advice from you guys am a student currently in ukraine and i had already tried a couple of times to enter canada as a student i would really like to study there but i applied from my home country and didn't really work out but now am in my second year in ukraine university i want to try my luck again cause i feel my situation have changed but one that is bothering me is should i apply from here ukraine or i should return home to apply would like to know what you guys think ?

these are my previous reason for refusal
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit. • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation. • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.

a high school graduate currently studying computer engneering in ukraine 2nd year sponsored by my mum
i have one sister i have a certificate in software engineering from ipmc college
was refused a study permit in 2018 july 6 traveled to ukraine since then currently study computer engineering in my second year

Based on the eligibility requirements by CIC. is good applicant should be in his Home country for the past months or years to show Family ties
