Hello, I came to Canada accompanying my wife who was an International Students (2 years programa) I received an Open Work Permit, than she got PGWP for 3 years, and I got another Work Permit of 3 years as well.
In this time I only could get survival jobs, I think it's because I dont have canadian education, by the other and my wife has it and she got good office jobs in NOC B.
So I would like to improve my skills and I would like to study, can I apply for a study permit considering my situation of past Open Work Permits? my wife so she will get Open Work Permit I my status would change tu student? (considering she would be a international student spouse)???
