Study permit after applying canadian immigration in skilled trade.

Hello there,

I have recently (May 4th, 2013 Skilled trade category) applied Canadian immigration in skilled worker trade. Also, I am planning on pursuing master’s degree from Canadian school. For that, I got admission offer from some Canadian schools. Now, I am thinking to apply study permit for doing Master’s degree from Canada. My question to this forum is that if applying study permit is going to impact my Canadian immigration application somehow. Any information would be appreciated.
