There is no point in entering Canada if you are not going to start your masters. The school will report you as not attending. You should ask if you can defer your admission, inform IRCC and apply for a study permit extension.

Hey why do i have to inform ircc normally ?
 
I have to send my Deferral letter to IRCC. Do I need to include any document extra with new received offer letter file? Need urgent reply
