I will be going to Montreal to hold my doctorate sandwich for one year, with scholarship provided by my country, and I am applying for a Work Permit.Initially, I understood that a student visa was required for the implementation of the scholarship. So, I asked the CAQ for studies and I already paid the fee, I just did not send the documentation by mail. Is there any chance of getting a refund of the fee? Can this imply anything in my Work Permit application process? :-[
Another question is: in the future, I would like to take a French course in Montreal (in a private way) although I have not yet signed a contract with any exchange company. Should I need the CAQ for this? Can this fee that I paid be valid for the French course? :
