I'm an engineer and have master degree in engineering.
I want to study in quebec to borain the CSQ then the PR.
I found studying in University Level as masters programme and studying in collage as after school diploma.
According to my friends in quebec they told me it will not be easy to find a job with your masters as they will till that "you are over qualified "
So please advice me; Shall i take the collage programme to be easier to find a job then stay in Canada? Or take masters to be of the same level as my study ?
