Study and work in nova scotia or any atlantic province

Can anyone suggest that what are the opportunities of Study and part time jobs in nova scotia or other atlantic provinces and us it easy to get PR there?

There are no provinces where it is really easy to get PR as obviously still depends whether someone qualifies or not. Same for a study permit you still need to justify why you need to study in Canada, relevance of any course to current qualifications/work experience and prospects in home country.
