I am international student, I have a study permit and a work permit, I arrived to Canada a pair weeks ago, I went fleeing persecution, that was the actual reason, but I have sued, denounced the criminals in several times to Police and authorities, for six years, but They have done nothing, so I am going to claim refugee, based on at least six reports to authorities, I was usually threatened by people that I identified clearly, that people even do threatening calls by telephone, so my question is Can I as student claim refugee protection? thank you
