Hello i am an international student in the UK, but i am from Nigeria. my visa expires in the UK in 3months time and i wish to apply for student visa in Canada. Please how long does it take the canadian visa to be out if you apply here in the UK? and please what useful links do you think i can get more information on what to present.

9 weeks with a complete application. I assume you don't have an acceptance letter from a Canadian school as yet. No ties to the UK, it is going to be tough to get one. http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/united_kingdom-royaume_uni/visas/study-etude.aspx?view=d
