I mentioned my work experience of 1 year in student visa application, it was a small job, paid me 10000 as cash, I have given it in visa application, can I not mention my experience while applying for pr?

No, I was a freshman and do, a job for 1 year, for money, the employer give money in hand, it was just 10000INR(182cad), and give me experience certificate, can I not mention it in experience and mention it as a normal job in pr application?

I gave my 1 year certificate in this job in my visa application,I worked for them for 1 year. They give my salary in my hand, because it was a small amount, I don't know weather they had my Informations with them, that's why I'm afraid to give it in pr applications in future, and I'm not using it for any other jobs, can I not mention it in my pr application in future or can I mention it in any other way?

If you mentioned in your study permit you will definitely have to mentioned in your pr since your UCI number will still be the same. They might end up comparing with previous application.

Because, they paid me in cash, I was a freshman, I don't know weather they have the salary documents of me with them?
Will they ask for my salary pay documents from the group that I have worked with?

You have a certificate. That should be enough proof though right?

I have a certificate given by the manger, I was happy and put it with visa application, but, since they paid me money in hand at the end of the month, i don't think they keep any salary document of me with them, will the pr team need my bank statements in these months, there were no bank transactions, because it was just Equalant to 182cad,

I don't think if they really care about that, all they care is you have enough money to support yourself for while before getting a job and the source of income and who is sponsoring you.

I have a experience certificate of one year after graduation, no other documents, bank statements or nothing, I accidentally given it to visa application, now after completing my studies in Canada and working for 1 year there, what will they ask for if I submitted this experience certificate I have from India, will they ask to show bank statements of every month, bank transportations from the group I have worked? That's my problem, I have no other documents to show other than my 1 year experience certificate

Wait the 1 year experience is in Canada or in your country?
