Hi Everyone,

My cousin applied for different courses in different colleges in Canada. He has completed 12th in Arts (75%) with Political Science, Physical, History, Punjabi and English from India. He has got an offer letter from Northern College for *Police Foundation 2 years Diploma*. Will he get a visa if he applies through this course? What are the chances?

Others can comment as well but how will he demonstrate in the visa application that a police foundation course which seems biased towards policing in Canada/ Ontario relate to anything on returning to his home country and improve job prospects to obtain employment in home country police force ?

I agree with @Bs65 , Police foundation course will have nothing to do with anything in India. In India you need to write exam for lower levels in your local state, or you can write IPS for higher positions. This course will not help at all, it will be difficult to justify that this course will be useful in his home country.
