B.com in 2011 after that work shortly then got married and shifted to Saudi Arab. Is there any chance i can get study visa for further studies in Canada. Also as i did 2 years B.com would i be considered as undergraduated or Graduated.
I really need sincere advice on should i apply or not.

It would need to make sense for you to return to school given that you haven't been working for 10 years. A bachelor degree is 4 years in Canada.
