Hello, I'm facing a problem and im hoping someone could help me. I am almost done my undergrad in Canada in Engineering and my study permit and visa expire by September, 2014. I am planning to apply for a post graduate work permit but first I would like to go back home for a vacation before the official graduation. I would like to know will my visa stay valid knowing that I graduate in May? If not, do you recommend applying from the embassy back home (Abu Dhabi, UAE) for a post graduate work permit and then for a TRV? Please advise.
