My student visa application was refused on 27th Sep 2020 under "Given the applicant's previous education and/or employment history, I am not satisfied that the motivation to pursue this particular program at this point in time in Canada is reasonable. refused under R216(1)(b)"
I want to discuss my rejection with someone who have knowledge on this to write a strong appeal letter.
2016 - high school/grade 12 - 63.50% (hotel management was one of the subjects)
2021 - Bachelor in business administration 3.27 GPA
7th Sem - Internship in Business Development in Business Process Management company
8th Sem - (for Internship/job report subject of bba course) applied for intership but got offered a Job as Loan processing specialist in Mortgage broking company Outsourced - moved to the roles of customer success specialist after 3 months - working in same position till now
IELTS - L-7.5 R-8.0 S-6 W-6
Course - Postgraduate in global business management
Main reason to choose the course in SOP - become a part of corporate business in managerial position / gain professional advanced knowledge for business management
Maybe this is why it was flagged? The rejection doesn’t say that the course chosen by you is wrong. It says the motivation to pursue this course is wrong. How old are you?

Agree but OP just graduted in 2021 with a BBA and then applied for a post graduate diploma in global business management. OP has no work experience other than two school internships and has a business degree so why take another business diploma (not expanding on education). If goal is a managerial position then this post grad program is not it. He has a BBA already so should be able to get some entry level managerial position. His BBA would have had the same courses (and probably more in depth) if a three or four year program.
