According to the official website, I don't need a visa if a semester is less then 6 months. Well, my semester is 4 months and I have two semesters, but I won't attend them both immidietly, becase I will take a break after 4 months and return home, and after 4 months go back and finish second semester. So, if I bring a proof that I payed for just first semester and still have 10000$, would I be eligible for student visa?
Thank you in advance for your help and best regards.

1. Most semesters are the University level are 4 months, you need a Study permit. You would need proof that you are able to pay for the 2 semesters and have 10K for living expenses plus airfare.
Considering my first semester starts in may 2011 and second not untill january 2012 because of my 4 month break, do I still need proof of funds for 2 semesters? Won't they grant me with payed fees for 1 semester and 10000$ + airfare?
