STUDENT VISA PROCESSING TIME

I HAVE SUBMITTED MY PASSPORT TO VAC, QATAR AS ADVISED BY CANADIAN VISA OFFICE BASED IN ABU DHABI.

APPRECIATE IF SOMEONE COULD ADV ME :-

1) DOES THIS MEAN THE VISA IS APPROVED?
2) HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO COMPLETE THE PROCESS IN ABU DHABI.

If they have asked you submit it with your paper based visa application, than no one can tell you of it's a yes or no. It happens with everyone they ask you to submit your passport along with the visa application.
If you have submitted it online and they asked you to submit your passport after some days than you have 90% chances and processing time of it will not be more than a week I hope so.
