I'm on a work permit and I filed my spouse and two kids dependent visa application on 30 Jan. My husband and younger child are stated as visitors and I received an acknowledgment letter after 14 days which means their applications are progressing.
But for elder son I have filed a student visa for junior school as he will be studying when here. But I have not got any updates on his.
My question is does his study permit be taking longer (website says 5 weeks of processing time)? Please help. We were planning to travel as soon as we got the visa of all three stamped as I'm already in Canada.
