Hi Friends, I'm from India. Kindly review and let me know understanding is correct or let me know if anything i Missed.
1) Get the university or College offer letter.
2) Pay the semester or term fee.
3) Get the GIC account from Canadian Bank, Transfer 10000 CAD.
4) Completed Medicals.
5) Apply for Study permit with all above supporting documents.
6) Once study permit is approved. Then apply for Visa through VFS office from your region.
Note: I have not mentioned Police clearance certificate and Biometric. Not sure this is mandatory or not.

Correct. Study permit and visa are always approved at the same time. You won't need to reapply for the visa, they will ask you to submit your passport.
To get GIC certificate which is mandatory while applying for study permit.
Not mandatory for all applicants unless via SDS which is mandatory
