In case of any query contact our Help lines at 0120-6613766 between 0800 hrs to 1200 hrs and 1300 hrs to 1600 hrs Monday to Friday (except holidays)
So i went to VFS office to collect bt they said its not arrived n wait for end of month
if visa has been processed why this long ? my friend got his in 3 days and he got no other email asking him to pick up passport.
i tried to call the helpline number bt not working
even gave singapore code 0065 still
does it really take that long to get visa after being processed n does anyone knoe how to call them
its urgent now :'(
