I have a question regarding my study permit. I believe this is a case by case situation and I couldn't find the similar question anywhere else. Kindly help me. Thank you.
My study permit will be expired on 2018 February. However, I have completed my Graduate Certificate program on April 2017. I'm currently applying for a cooperation program that enables me to continue my degree in London. I have a choice to finish my Thesis in Canada / London. Is it possible for me to finish my Thesis in Canada considering I still have my study permit until 2018 February?
Note: would it be possible to ask my school to write a letter saying that I need the professors in Canada to help me with my thesis? It is a graduate certificate program that allows students to continue their master degree in london/new york.
