Student Visa help

Hello,

I am applying for student visa , I got my admission in Masters of Computer Science. I wanted to ask if we can apply to visa with conditional admission.
The conditions stated are as follows :

1) Send a official English level proof. ( which I already did )
2) To clear my Bachelors Degree ( which I already did. but I havent got my marksheet and degree certificate yet. I will get that on 22nd July)

I just collected a provisional certificate which states that I cleared my bachelors from their university.

Hi Anuj

U can't apply with conditional offer letter.. If u got ur English result send it to university...they ll issue u new offer letter within couple of days...

2) juz try to get final year mark sheet...don't bother about degree...or i think (not sure) u can download ur result from Internet and attest from ur college.....then u can use it..
