student visa denial

Hello, I applied for student visa twice and it got denied. 1st time: due to financial unstable and 2nd *now* because of the reason below:
IRPR 216 (1): based on personal assets and financial status.
- i have shown all liquid money and property that back in India and the amount is slightly above the needed amount. My father is paying for all of my expenses.
i really don't know what to do. Kindly assists me.

What are the documents you presented as financial proof?

If I send just a bank statement and it has $1,000,000, VO will wonder if I borrowed it from someone to make my statement look good.

Since you mentioned your parent is paying your entire expense, may I ask how old are you ? If you are of working age and your parent is paying your fees, this can be questioned. Other thing is how you have presented your finances ? GIC ? Bank statements ? Have they been authenticated by the bank ?

i am doing a part time job which barely pays my personal bills plus i'm studying ACCA. and i am 21. yes i have shown all the legit statements verfied by the bank.

we showed our personal bank statements and company bank statements with property back in india.

Did you submit where the money is coming from as well? Bank statements are not enough; I can borrow someone's and have the bank verify it.

I was rejected few years back due to that same reason and submitted my family employment contract to show where the money is coming from.
