Student visa delay... delhi high commission

i had applied paper based application for study permit on Nov 6 2017 for jan session which i have deffered to september session already (applied from vfs kathmandu nepal). Its already 5 months even though normal processing time is 4-5 weeks. I made enquiry through enquiry form multiple times, written mail more than 3 times, called them but assitant just says check online and hangs-up. Is there any means i can reach to visa officier or any other formal person. Also application was linked to online cic account which hasnot been updated from very 1st day of linking.

Thats a very long time... from what I have seen on the forum is that the students who had to wait for long got their study permit approved so keep your fingers crossed.

How is not even a single update till now possible... has they even opened my file or is it possible to be lost..??

did you track through your CIC account?

Yes multiple times .. but unfortunately it is same as 1st day of linking, till now no any updates
