We're based in Alberta and we're planning to sponsor my parents(father and mother) this end of the year. Based on our income we can only sponsor 2 people. Now my sister is coming this year as a student visa and she will stay in our house.

Now the question is if my sister who's under in student visa is going to count as a member of the family?
