Hey , i'm from india, In 2012 i applied for canada student visa , But because of misrepresentation , canada banned me for 2 years , that means i'm not allowed enter in canada till 2014 !
Now i married in Jan 2019 , my wife is canadian permenant residence and i m still in india ! If my wife apply my PR Spousal from canada should they provide me PR or not ? Please help me ! Thnx

Thnx scylla ! One more quetion , My chances are few for visa or normal bcz of my old ban ? Moreover help me out my wife is 3 months pregnant , is dere any posibilties i can be dere in 7 months bcz she really wants me to be dere in canada at the time of baby delievery ! If you knw any person in canada let me know so i refer to my wife go and visit to dat person for my PR file and apply at the very Next Day !

PR applications typically take around 1 year to process. So it is unlikely you will have PR in 7 months - especially if you haven't even started the process yet to apply. It will take quite a bit longer than 1 day to complete all of the forms and gather all of the required documents. You can try applying for a TRV to come and visit your wife in Canada. However it will most likely be refused since IRCC knows you have plans on remaining in Canada long term.
If your wife needs help completing the application, she should hire an immigration lawyer or consultant to assist her.
