I have 13 years of gap from my education and have 13 years work experience as a project manager, I am applying for 2 years MBA in Canada. I want my husband n kids to accompany me after 1 year. Will my student visa get approved?

Depends on the school you applied to. If it is a private school like Canada West, your chances are slim given your profile. Canada West is a degree mill for international students. If you are going to one of Canada‘s top MBA schols like Ivey or Rotman, you have a chance.

I am applying to north eastern university, Brokes university or Royal Roads University, how much chance these universities have? Would it be good to not take the spouse at all, and only ask him to accompany when I apply a PR?

yes after 1 year of my program starts, its just optional, if he doesn't accompany then also I am fine. I just want to take my daughter along. I just want my Visa to get approved. Please suggest.

Does Northeastern even have a Canadian MBA program? Do you mean Brock University in Ontario. You will get into Royal Roads. Apply to the universities first and then apply for a study permit. You can apply for a spousal work permit and visitor visa for your child at the same time. It is not guaranteed to be approved. If you came with just your child then start looking for daycare ASAP. When are you looking at beginning studies?
OP, your case is complicated, please seek professional help - someone who practices what they preach, do not rely on fellow forum men here. Sometimes it's better to be a mill man than a forum man.
Tbh my financials are not that great. That's why I was a bit worried.I will be applying under SDS.I barely have any transactions and account balance, neither does my family.

No problem, the rule is 1 year funds and GIC which is what the VO's will be looking for , I've seen a lot of people who paid 1 semester fees and getting approved in general category with IELTS 5.5
VO's value Master degree programmes , yours ain't a diploma so no worries.

The main thing is that you are already working as a manager , so you have to convince the VO that the MBA will yield prospects ( a better designation ).
Other things that cannot be done without a professional help : financial bank statement report whose span must be min. 3 to 6 months (liquid cash only) for all 4 member's assumed tenure, ties back home, professionally done SOP.
If you apply solo and then apply for your family afterwards, it becomes easier.
