Hi,
I am planning to apply for Canadian immigration but my CRS score is around 450. Now I am thinking if I submit my profile and also secure admission in a Two years master program then is there a possibility of VISA rejection. Even If I state the visa officer that I am trying to improve CRS

No issue. However for study permit you must justify costs with higher pay and career progression when you return home. FYI - immigration is competitive so make sure and even doing a Masters doesn’t guarantee PR. So make sure you have a plan after.

You will but this is over 5 years away. A lot can change. Assuming you get a skilled job. Canada is expensive so have a lot of cash on hand. If you are in a healthcare or trades then you are in a better spot.

So you need to look at licensing and job opportunities too. Need to get admission to a M.Eng program, pay tuition and show minimum of $21k (for one person).

You said a Masters in renewable energy so look at those programs. Also look at M.Eng programs. I don’t know the job opportunities in your home country or your career goals. That is what you need to document - the higher pay and promotion then you will get over and above your current job.
