Student Visa Application

Hi, I am currently in the final semester of my B.Tech degree, and I have received the acceptance letter from Concordia University. Can anyone tell me if I can apply for a student visa without my 8th-semester marksheet and provisional degree? I will receive those documents when I graduate in June. Should I wait until I have these documents, or can I start the visa process now, knowing that my master's classes begin in September and that the visa process can take time?

Do you have CAQ? You can apply but permit will not be processed until you complete your degree and give final transcripts.

I don't have CAQ yet as I was not sure to apply now or wait... Should I proceed to apply for CAQ?

You cannot apply for study permit without CAQ. So you need to do that at some point.
